As ludicrous as this proposition may sound, it actually took place this week for one Canadian thrill seeker. Nadine Elaine, from Edmonton in Alberta, hopped out of a plane and held still while her friend and tattoo artist (Shannon Claydon) scratched the word ‘AHHH’ into her wrist.
Hurdling towards the earth at over 120/mph Shannon used a battery-powered machine to complete the design the sketched out well in advance of the jump. Nadine Elaine, had volunteered for the stunt after Claydon put out a public posting asking for “guinea pigs” for his latest experiment.
In less than 30 seconds the tattoo was etched onto Elaine, and then the two divers pulled apart to release their parachutes.
